Using 2019 as the last “typical year,” Super Sally compares the Vital Statistics data for births and deaths during 2023 for the Philippines.
“New readers may be shocked at the excess mortality in 2021, which started only in March of that year,” she writes. However, “I believe that the 2021 mortality and birth data was throttled in early 2022, and the devastation of 2021 will likely be hidden forever.”
Adding the number of fewer births and the number of excess deaths for the years 4 years 2020 to 2023, Super Sally calculates that there is an “unrealised population” of 1.285 million; people who likely should have been living and contributing to the population, but are not.
The Philippines Civil Registration System is responsible for collecting and maintaining vital statistics, including births, marriages and deaths. The data is obtained from vital events registered at the appropriate Office of the City/Municipal Civil Registrar throughout the country and subsequently submitted for encoding to the Office of the Civil Registrar General through the Provincial Statistical Offices of the Philippine Statistics Authority (“PSA”).
On a yearly basis, the PSA publishes a report on these vital statistics called the Vital Statistics Report (“VSR”). The VSR relating to the year 2023 was published on 7 November 2024.

Woman Fired for Refusing COVID Shot Wins $12.7 Million in Jury Trial
Lisa Domski sued Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan after the company refused to grant her request for a religious exemption to the company’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
A federal jury in Detroit last week awarded nearly $12.7 million to a Catholic woman who sued her former employer, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, after she was fired in 2022 for refusing to get a COVID-19 shot.
Lisa Domski worked for Blue Cross for 33 years, most recently as an IT specialist. In 2021, she sought a religious exemption to her employer’s vaccine mandate, saying it violated her sincerely held Catholic beliefs because the vaccines were developed or tested using fetal cells.
Blue Cross denied Domski’s request and fired her on Jan. 5, 2022. She sued the company in August 2023, alleging religious discrimination and violations of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Michigan’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act.
In their Nov. 8 verdict, jurors sided with Domski, awarding her $10 million in punitive damages, $315,000 in back pay, $1.375 million in lost future wages and $1 million for noneconomic damages.
Jonathan Marko, co-counsel for Domski, told The Defender his client “felt vindicated that a jury of her peers gave her justice by finding that Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan discriminated against her based on her religious beliefs.” Read more…
‘Historic’: Federal Court Says AstraZeneca Not Immune From Liability in Case Involving Woman Injured by COVID Vaccine During Clinical Trial
Federal Judge Robert J. Shelby said the PREP Act’s liability shield does not extend to breach-of-contract claims. He said the basis of Brianne Dressen’s claim “is a broken promise, not a countermeasure.”
A federal court ruled Monday that a lawsuit filed by a woman injured by AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine during a U.S. clinical trial can continue. The court rejected the drugmaker’s claim that a federal liability shield protects it from breach-of-contract claims.
Brianne Dressen sued AstraZeneca in May, alleging she was injured and became disabled by the company’s vaccine in 2020 when she participated in the company’s clinical trial.
According to the complaint, AstraZeneca’s consent form for trial participants promised enrolees medical treatment in the event of illness or injury suffered during the study.
In its motion to dismiss, filed in June, AstraZeneca said that under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) of 2005 — which grants manufacturers of emergency countermeasures such as COVID-19 vaccines immunity from legal liability — Dressen could not sue the vaccine maker for her injuries.
But in his Nov. 4 ruling, Chief Judge Robert J. Shelby of the U.S. District Court in Utah said the PREP Act’s liability shield does not extend to breach-of-contract claims. He said the basis of Dressen’s claim “is a broken promise, not a countermeasure.”
The ruling stated:
“PREP Act immunity requires a causal link between the claim and a tangible medical countermeasure, and breach of contract claims arise from one party’s failure to perform a legal obligation without regard to any countermeasure. The PREP Act’s statutory scheme and purpose support this construction.”
Shelby’s ruling could result in more lawsuits challenging the PREP Act, according to Ray Flores, senior outside counsel for Children’s Health Defense.
Flores, an expert on the PREP Act, told The Defender:
“The court sent an unmistakable signal by issuing this ruling six days after the motion was argued. It is historic since this is the first time a federal court determined that a COVID-19 vaccine injury may be compensable in any way.
“It is refreshing to see that the PREP Act’s unprecedented invincibility now at least has one limit — breach of contract. Battery, fraud and false advertising must be the next exceptions.”
According to Dressen’s lawsuit, AstraZeneca’s consent form for trial participants stated, “If you become ill or are injured while you are in this research study, you must tell your study doctor straight away. The study doctor will provide medical treatment or refer you for treatment.”
Dressen, who since co-founded React19, a nonprofit that seeks to help people injured by COVID-19 vaccines, alleged her vaccine-related injuries and disability resulted in prohibitive medical costs. One medication alone costs $432,000 a year.
AstraZeneca offered her only $1,243.30 in compensation, prompting her to file the breach-of-contract claim. Read more…

self-replicating bird flu vaccine trials
On Monday, it was announced that Arcturus Therapeutics is actively seeking a green light from the FDA to begin Phase 1 trials for self-replicating “vaccines” against bird flu.
Self-amplifying RNA (“saRNA”), also termed self-replicating RNA (“srRNA”), and self-amplifying mRNA (“sa-mRNA” or “samRNA”) are synonymous terms. Both refer to a synthetic mRNA molecule engineered to replicate itself within host cells. Vaccines using this self-replicating technology are also called “replicon” vaccines.
In November 2023, Japan approved the use of the first saRNA vaccine against covid. The vaccine is called Kostaive and is also known as ARCT-154 or, in Vietnam, VBC-COV19-154. It is a CSL and Arcturus Therapeutics vaccine. At the time of the approval, researchers were hopeful that this was only the beginning for saRNA treatments for infectious diseases and even cancers. The vaccine, which the Japanese are referring to as the “third atomic bomb,” began to be rolled out in Japan in October 2024 as part of its autumn covid vaccination programme.
There is only explicit mention of Kostaive using STARR mRNA technology. However, it is likely that the Kostaive “vaccine” uses both of Arcturus Therapeutics’ proprietary technologies: STARR (self-transcribing and replicating RNA) mRNA technology and LUNAR (lipid-mediated universal RNA delivery) delivery system.
LUNAR is a nanoparticle delivery system that enables the efficient and targeted delivery of mRNA to cells. STARR is a self-replicating RNA platform that combines with LUNAR to drive “therapeutic” protein expression.

Pentagon says UFO nearly crashed into commercial airliner above New York – as bombshell report is released
The Pentagon has released a new report on UFOs that revealed hundreds of documented incidents of unidentified and unexplained aerial phenomena (UAPs).
While there is no evidence to suggest that these UAPs – the government’s term for UFOs – are of extraterrestrial origin, some defy explanation, including a near-miss between a commercial airliner and a mysterious object off the coast of New York.
The report comes as public interest in UAPs has skyrocketed, prompting the US government to work to provide some answers about these strange objects.
It was published one day after House lawmakers called for greater government transparency during a hearing on UAPs.
The Pentagon’s review detailed 757 cases of UAP encounters that were reported to US authorities mainly between May 1, 2023 and June 1, 2024.
That total includes 272 incidents that occurred before that time period but were not previously reported.
Reporting witnesses included commercial and military pilots as well as ground-based observers.
The majority of these incidents occurred in airspace, but 49 took place at altitudes estimated to be at least 62 miles above Earth’s surface, which is considered space.
No injuries or crashes were reported in any of the incidents.
But a commercial flight crew reported one near miss with a ‘cylindrical object’ while flying over the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of New York. That incident is still under investigation. Read more…

One protester, G. P. Nimal, told the BBC that they wanted to put the Rajapakas in an open prison, “where they can do farm work”.
The U.K. Finance Minister has confirmed plans to levy a ‘carbon’ import duty on a number of vital supplies including fertiliser, cement and aluminium. The Daily Telegraph reports that the tax could be around £50 to £75 a tonne. It is not clear how much extra the farmers will have to pay since the tax applies to imports from countries that don’t load so-called carbon penalties on fertiliser production. Lord Fuller, Chairman of the liquid fertiliser firm Brineflow, suggests that farmers will have to bear an extra annual burden of £150 million.
The blow comes just weeks after the Government imposed an inheritance tax on farms starting at values of just £1 million. Many small family holdings may need to be sold in future, although they could find willing buyers with subsidy-loaded operations looking to blanket the countryside with unreliable giant wind turbines and solar panels. Wind farm operator Dale ‘how many bats have you killed today’ Vince might look to increase his land-based wind fleet in the wake of giving £5 million to the Labour party.

Nearly 15,000 people object to ‘outrageous’ plans for Norfolk ‘mega-farm’ housing
870,000 chickens and 14,000 pigs
Controversial plans to build a megafarm with up to 870,000 chickens and 14,000 pigs between two villages have attracted nearly 15,000 complaints.
Cranswick, the food giant behind the plans, says the two sites will be set 400 yards apart and operate separately to act as a ‘bio-precaution’.
But locals fear the giant facility will belch out foul odours including ammonia fumes, attract swarms of flies and result in thousands of lorries driving past homes.
The strength of public opinion emerged as the local planning authority revealed it had received the ‘highly unusual’ amount of objections.
So far, the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk has received 13,362 letters from residents in an around Methwold and Feltwell and campaigners opposed to the scheme, plus 1,445 comments through its planning portal.

Met Office Fabricating Data From Non-existent Weather Stations
The British Meteorological Office has been caught fabricating meteorological data from more than 100 nonexistent weather stations to promote the ‘climate change’ narrative and Net Zero agenda being promoted by globalist interests
Alarmingly, this fabricated data has found its way into climate models used by leading institutions worldwide, influencing global organizations in shaping climate policies and driving alarmist narratives.
Following many Freedom of Information (FOI) requests to the Met Office and diligent fieldwork visiting individual stations, investigator Ray Sanders has discovered that 103 out of 302 stations supplying temperature averages do not exist.
“How would any reasonable observer know that the data was not real and simply ‘made up’ by a Government agency,” asks Sanders.
He calls for an “open declaration” of the fraudulent nature of existing published climate data, “to avoid other institutions and researchers using unreliable data and reaching erroneous conclusions.”
In his home county of Kent, Sanders found that four of the eight sites identified by the Met Office, namely Dungeness, Folkestone, Dover, and Gillingham – which all produce rolling temperature averages to the second decimal place of a degree – are “fiction”.
Daily Sceptic reports that there has been no weather station at Dungeness since 1986. None of the four stations appear in the list of Met sites with a classification from the World Meteorological Organization. Read more…

UK government to fund geoengineering experiments to cool the Earth
In September, the UK’s Advanced Research and Invention Agency (“ARIA”) announced a significant investment of £57 million to fund researchers examining ideas for artificially cooling the planet through small-scale outdoor geoengineering experiments. Proposals for funding real-world, outdoor experiments close in early December with successful projects that will receive funding being announced before July 2025.
ARIA, the UK’s answer to ARPA, is an innovation lab that was the brainchild of Dominic Cummings, the former No. 10 adviser to Boris Johnson. Armed with £800 million, it is tasked with pursuing scientific research to unlock “breakthroughs at the edge of the possible.”
According to The Telegraph, ARIA is “a nondescript office tucked in a corner of the British Library” with big ambitions with projects that include engineering the climate, replacing physical labour with robots and merging human brains with computers to turn us into cyborgs. It was established by an Act of Parliament in 2022 and is sponsored by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (“DSIT”). The Advanced Research and Invention Agency Act 2022 exempts the agency from coming under the scope of the Freedom of Information Act.
ARIA said it was pursuing geoengineering research because “even under the most aggressive scenarios” of cutting greenhouse gasses, it may not be possible to reduce those emissions fast enough to prevent dangerous increases in global temperatures.
Without conducting physical tests of those strategies, the agency said, “there is no prospect of being able to make proper judgments” about whether any type of geoengineering is “feasible, scalable, and controllable.”
The agency, which is publicly funded but has a degree of independence from the British government, is soliciting proposals to be submitted before 9 December from researchers around the world and expects to announce the recipients in the first half of next year.
“This programme,” ARIA’s website states, “will explore whether approaches designed to delay, or avert, climate tipping points could be feasible scalable, and safe.” Read more and video…

California shifted red in 2024 with 40% of the voters in the Golden State voting for President Trump.
Proposition 36 passed in California in a landslide 71% to 21%.
California voters overwhelmingly voted to increase penalties for theft and drug trafficking after a record number of brick and mortar retailers closed down due to smash-and-grab robberies.
Prop. 36 rolls back some of the soft-on-crime policies that California voters passed in 2014 with Prop. 47.
Per LA Public Press, Prop 47 “scaled back punishments for certain nonviolent offenses for drugs and theft, which were reclassified from felonies to misdemeanors.”
Under Prop. 36, penalties will be increased, and sentences will be lengthened for drug possession and for the theft of items valued at less than $950.
Governor Gavin Newsom ignored the rightward shift and immediately convened a special legislative session to fight President Trump after he won the election in a landslide against Kamala Harris.

The Western Australian Labor government appears all but certain to give one of Australia’s biggest greenhouse gas emitters the green light to operate until 2070 after it announced it would abolish state emissions-reduction requirements.
Scientists have warned the proposal to extend the life of the North West Shelf gas processing plant on the Burrup Peninsula in the country’s remote north-west is linked to the development of at least three major gas fields and could ultimately result in billions of tonnes of climate pollution being released into the atmosphere.
The WA Environment Protection Authority recommended in 2022 that the state approve a 50-year extension for the plant, which is run by the oil and gas company Woodside, as long as it progressively reduced its operating emissions. It could do that by making cuts onsite or paying for carbon offsets.
More than 750 organisations and individuals lodged appeals against the recommendation – a record for the state – citing its contribution to the climate crisis and potential damage to Indigenous rock art. The WA appeals convenor has been considering the objections since mid 2022. Read more…

The Onion has purchased Infowars in a bankruptcy auction and plans to turn it into a satirical version of the iconic brand.
The purchase was helped by families of 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victims, whose founder, Alex Jones, owes $1 billion in damages after being sued for defamation over former claims that the massacre was a hoax.
The purchase includes the Infowars website, Texas studio, social media accounts, trademarks, and video archive.
“Last broadcast now live from Infowars studios. They are in the building. Are ordering shutdown without court approval,” Jones said in a video posted from his personal account to X on Thursday morning.
Jones was streaming from the studio after the purchase was announced. He wrote in a post on X, with a live feed, that “Democrats Are On Their Way To The Building To Shut InfoWars Down Now– Alex Jones Explains The Future of InfoWars In This Critical Emergency Broadcast.”
The winning bid amount has not been publicly disclosed and bidders had to sign nondisclosure agreements. According to a report from NPR, the brand would not necessarily go to the highest bidder.
“Whoever wins the auction might not necessarily be the highest bidder. The U.S. trustee has broad discretion to ‘determine the highest or otherwise best bid or bids’ [emphasis added] according to the auction firms Tranzon Asset Advisors and ThreeSixty Asset Advisors,” the report explains.
A source involved in the bidding told The Gateway Pundit that Jones’s allies had made an unsuccessful seven-figure offer in an attempt to save the company.
NBC News reports, “The Onion plans to shutter Jones’ InfoWars and rebuild the website featuring well-known internet humor writers and content creators, according to a person with knowledge of the sale.”
“The dissolution of Alex Jones’ assets and the death of Infowars is the justice we have long awaited and fought for,” Robbie Parker, whose daughter Emilie was killed in the shooting, told the Associated Press in a statement provided by his lawyers. Read more…

6.8 magnitude earthquake shakes Cuba after hurricanes and blackouts
HAVANA (AP) — An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.8 shook eastern Cuba on Sunday, after weeks of hurricanes and blackouts that have left many on the island reeling.
The epicenter of the quake was located about 25 miles (40 kilometers) south of Bartolome Maso, Cuba, according to a report by the U.S. Geological Survey.
Rumbling was felt across the eastern stretch of Cuba, including in bigger cities like Santiago de Cuba, as well as Holguin and. Guantanamo. Local media in Jamaica also reported that the island felt the tremors.
There were no immediate reports of major damage or injuries in Cuba.
Residents in Santiago, Cuba’s second-largest city, were left shaken on Sunday. Yolanda Tabío, 76, said that people in the city flocked to the streets and were still nervously sitting in their doorways. She said that she felt at least two aftershocks following the quake, but that among friends and family she hadn’t heard of any damages.
“You had to see how everything was moving, the walls, everything,” she told The Associated Press.
Others reported hearing screams, adding that the quake was strong and stretched on. On social media, residents in the small town of Pilon reported minor damage, posting photos of crumbling roofs and cracks on building walls, not uncommon in Cuba where many structures are older and in need of repair.
The earthquake comes during another tough stretch for Cuba.
On Wednesday, Category 3 Hurricane Rafael ripped through western Cuba, with strong winds knocking out power island-wide, destroying hundreds of homes and forcing evacuations of hundreds of thousands of people. Days after, much of the island was still struggling without power.
Weeks before in October, the island was also hit by a one-two punch. First, it was hit by island-wide blackouts stretching on for days, a product of the island’s energy crisis. Shortly after, it was slapped by a powerful hurricane that struck the eastern part of the island and killed at least six people.

Senators from the left and right have demanded a Senate inquiry into the proposed social media ban for children under 16, voicing alarm over the potential for the bill to be rammed through the parliament with little scrutiny just days after it is introduced.
Nationals senator Matt Canavan expressed concern at the prospect of the bill being rushed through without a Senate investigation, after the opposition leader, Peter Dutton, urged that the legislation be passed before Christmas and said lack of a Senate inquiry should not delay its passage.
Michelle Rowland’s office declined to answer questions on whether the bill would receive an inquiry – a spokesperson for the communications minister only said in response that the government would “introduce legislation into parliament this year”.
Canavan criticised the potential inclusion of YouTube among social platforms from which young people could be banned. (YouTube Kids may not fall under the ban, Rowland said last week.) The Queensland senator said the video platform was different from Facebook or TikTok, with educational value that should not be restricted.
“Banning YouTube would be the modern equivalent of banning children from libraries because there’s a few books not suitable for children,” Canavan told Guardian Australia.

The revelations from Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., the chairman of the House Administration oversight subcommittee, adds new intrigue to a debate that has gripped Washington for nearly four years: Why can’t the FBI with so much evidence and manpower identify the suspect who planted the explosive devices at the Democrat and Republican Party headquarters hours before the Capitol was breached.
“In the days and weeks following January 6, 2021, the FBI opened an investigation into the pipe bomber and attempted to identify the suspect by analyzing cell phone data linked to the area surrounding the RNC and DNC,” Loudermilk told Just the News.
“In June 2023, the former Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI’s Washington Field Office, Steve D’Antuono, who oversaw the pipe bomb investigation, said that the FBI received corrupted data from one of the cell carriers and that it most likely contained the identity of the pipe bomber. Given the significance of this information, my Subcommittee sent letters to the three major cell carriers, asking them to respond to Mr. D’Antuono’s claim of corrupted data,” he said.
“Every major cell carrier responded and confirmed that they did not provide the FBI corrupted data,” Loudermilk said.
“Additionally every major cell carrier confirmed they were never notified that the FBI had any issues accessing the data. This contradictory testimony raises some serious questions about the status of the investigation into the pipe bomber and about why the case remains unsolved nearly four years later,” he added.
