Considerations for Non-US Countries

The PanTerraVida Estate Structure and Status Correction courses have been researched, developed, and implemented over the last 30 years. For obvious reasons, this has been done originally for the United States system and legal structure. There are many things in the US system that are unique in terms of Law Form compared to all other countries in the world. Many of these things are not available in other countries, but can be modified according to the Law Form in those countries to achieve our intentions and goals. This is a work in progress that we began several years ago and will take another one to two years to complete.

Generally speaking, there are four primary Law Forms and Jurisdictions amongst the Nations of the World. These are: 1) The United States of America based on American/English Common Law; 2) The English Empire Commonwealth group of countries (143) based on English Common Law; 3) Roman Civil Law (Europe and Latin America); and 4) Islamic Sharia Law.

That is all well and good, but the cold hard facts of our current reality is that we are all under Roman Civil Law, which is the law of conquered peoples and territories that has been progressively implemented over the last 2,000 years. This has been done through the art of Bait and Switch whereby the world’s population believes they are in one system when they are in fact in another system. The Roman Empire conquered much of Europe and North Africa and implemented the Roman Civil Code for the containment and management of their conquered peoples and territories. The English Empire is really nothing more than an extension of the Roman Empire by and through the City of London and the Crown Corporation. During the era of Discover and Conquest the Crown created its Royal Chartered Corporations such as the British East Indies Company, the Virginia Company, the Hudson Bay Company, and many more and through these companies implemented the conquest of what now are the countries within The Commonwealth. During that period, The Crown was operating as an extension of The Holy Roman Empire, thus instituting the same form of civil containment. The same thing was done through the Spanish Empire that conquered what we now call Latin America from Tijuana to Tierra del Fuego, wherein all such countries have as their law form Roman Civil Law.

The American system was converted from its original law form based on Common Law and Republican form of government via the progressive steps that you will learn in the History of the United States course, culminating in the events of March of 1933 at which time the United States became a military occupied, bankrupt corporation under Roman Civil Law. So, the Estate Structure and Status Correction courses within the United States are able to be structured on the foundations of the original law form and jurisdiction. This can and will be achieved for the other countries, but because they don’t have the foundation of the original jurisdiction of America require adjustments and reconfiguration as we transpose the courses from the US form to the other countries in the Commonwealth and Roman Civil Law systems.

As stated above, we are in process of achieving this intention, but it will take some time during the year 2024 and possibly into the year 2025. In the meantime, the study of the Undergraduate course as it is based on the US system is necessary and vital education for those in the other countries. As we proceed forward in this research, development, and perfecting for other countries, our courses will be expanded and updated accordingly.

As far as Sharia Law, it is highly unlikely that any of our work in this context can be applied in those countries.
